Guide Dogs Victoria provides so much more than just guide dog services. We were honoured to be able to support their staff to move to Microsoft Teams Voice, not only to provide remote capabilities during 2020's COVID-19 lockdowns, but also as part of a bigger picture digital transformation plan, led by their GM of Business Transformation & Technology, Sophie Wild, and her team. We're happy to be part of their organisation's evolution, and so glad that their staff now are able to feel more connected to their co-workers, irrespective of their location, be it Metro Melbourne, or rural Victoria, or anywhere in between.
