• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

BESAN BATTER:
• 1 cup Besan (Gram Flour)
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 tsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
• Water as needed
• 1/2 tsp Cooking Soda
• Hot oil (for mixing in batter)

DRY RED CHUTNEY:
• 1/2 cup Chura (Mamri) + 1/2 cup Fried Peanuts
• 1/4 cup Grated Dry Coconut
• 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
• 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
