Ceramides are lipids present naturally in the epidermis, the uppermost layer of skin. Ceramides make up 50% of the skin's
lipids. They play a crucial role in maintaining the health and function of the skin by forming a protective barrier that locks
in moisture and shields the skin from environmental damage.
Ceramides are of different types, and all ceramide-based products don't have the same efficacy. You have to choose a
ceramide, which most closely mimics the skin’s natural ceramide.

You can use this in the morning and use the SA smoothing cleanser at night

Hyaluronic acid : humectant
