In this video, I’ll show you how to upload a CSV file to SmartAlex (Alex) so you can bulk import all your contacts into your dashboard quickly.

If you’re new to CSV files: a CSV is the standard file format for exporting contacts from Excel, Google Sheets, CRMs, and most marketing tools.

Step by step: Upload a CSV to SmartAlex
1) Go to Contacts
2) Click “Upload CSV.”
3) Tap to select your CSV file
4) Confirm column mapping (First Name, Last Name, Email, Title, Company, etc.)
SmartAlex automatically maps most fields using AI
5) Click Upload
6) Review the final import count (it may be slightly lower if duplicates/invalid entries are cleaned)

After import: Manage contacts properly
View all contacts inside your dashboard
Filter active contacts
Check contacts on a Do Not Call list (for regulatory compliance)
Keep your database clean before launching campaigns
