It’s eclipse season again and in true eclipse form it’s intense, it’s emotional and it’s life changing.

We are being asked to solidify our new sense of emotional reliance and independence. Especially so close to Independence Day (if you are American).

Most of us if not all, have been hit by scenarios of having to stand on our own 2 feet, with all our old emotional, mental and physical crunches being stripped away like avalanches.

This eclipse is marking the turning point, the point where we shake off the rubble and dusk and step into a new emotional way of being. A new evolved way of being. We are designed to be whole within ourselves. It’s only because of our societal and family conditioning that we believe we need outside approval or validation.

HOWEVER, it’s important that we keep in mind that we chose these dynamics to come into. We chose our country, our family, our relationships and our personal characteristics for maximum growth and expansion. BUT, also know that it’s important to feel what needs to be felt on a human level if you are hurt. To grieve over what can be lifetimes of these exact same situation. It’s ok to feel F%@KING angry at society. It’s ok to feel broken hearted towards our family dynamics or our relationships. It’s ok to FEEL exactly what we FEEL and it’s encouraged and needed at this time. It’s only when we feel what needs to be felt do we heal it on an individual level and a collective level.

And when the dark clouds, crazy storms and the dust settles. It’s time to get back out there and integrate our new found love of self and support system. Especially, our new found resilience within ourselves
