Silage 2022 - Lifting thick crop on slope - John Deere 8500i, JCB Fastrac & Massey Ferguson, JD 6830

Taken a day after the video of me mowing the grass. Here's the lifting and a hell of a crop of grass there was, it couldn't all fit in the clamp either, see the speed of the forager and sound which shows how thick it was! We had 1,100 tonnes of grass off of just shy of 80 acres. First, lifting on first field and its steep. To add to it, heavy rain night after it was mown made things more tricky but it was manageable. Forager comes from contractor Houghton Farming, in support, farms friends Massey Ferguson 6490 and JCB Fastrac 3250 which makes a lovely sound going up the hill with a full load on, and John Deere 6830.
