Another thing brands overlook on Amazon?

Bullet points.

I’m shocked how many even big brands like Crest get this wrong.

Their bullet points aren’t capped, they’re formatted weirdly, and they even start with random numbers like:

“1. Cavity protection
2. Bad breath”

Why?
We already know bullet points are bullet points — Amazon formats them for you.
This isn’t a Google Doc.

But here’s why this matters:

Bullet points are one of the highest-converting sections of your listing.
They tell Amazon WHO your product is for…
and THEY tell the shopper WHY they should buy.

When your bullet points are:

❌ uncapped
❌ unclear
❌ not keyword-rich
❌ missing benefits
❌ formatted incorrectly

…you lose conversion and visibility.

Strong bullet points should:

✔ Start with the main benefit
✔ Add emotional or functional context
✔ Include the right keywords naturally
✔ Reinforce your differentiation
✔ Support both COSMO + Rufus algorithms

Small fix… huge impact.
