Ultralight Tent 750 gr (optional)

Silk Liner (essential without a sleeping bag)
Ground Mat (optional if you bring a tent)

Long-sleeved sports jacket or windbreaker (thin for May - October)
1 Change of Clothes for the evening (e.g. dress)

Shampoo Bar + Soap in a sealed soap dish
Toothbrush in a closed container + toothpaste in a small plastic container

Coconut oil in small plastic container (for sunburned skin)
