Construction Training Fund (CTF) is providing opportunities for a lot of people to make their career in the building and construction industry, including project managers and site supervisors like Reece Martin. There are a lot of great opportunities at the moment for building site supervisors within construction jobs. A typical working day may involve a variety of different tasks.
On the job you will often be:
monitoring progress to ensure that all work is being completed on time
motivating the team to drive performance
liaising with sponsors, clients, suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders
ensuring all safety standards and guidelines are followed and maintained
being accountable for safety leadership and compliance with legislation
working with other professionals including engineers, architects, team supervisors and suppliers
