Correct Values are mentioned below.

kx = 37500 x 12 = 450000 kN/m
ky = 75000 x 12 = 900000 kN/m
kz = 37500 x 12 = 450000 kN/m
kϴ = 150000 x 9 = 1350000 kN.m/rad
kΨ = 56250 x 25 = 1406250 kN.m/rad
kɸ = 150000 x 16 = 2400000 kN.m/rad

No. of Nodes at base of Staad Model = 221

Therefore, Stiffness values to be assigned to staad model are:
kx = 450000/221 = 2036.199 kN/m
ky = 700000 /221 = 4072.398 kN/m
kz = 450000/221 = 2036.199 kN/m
kϴ = 1350000 x PI / 180 = 23561.94 kN.m/deg
kΨ = 1406250 x PI / 180 = 24543.69 kN.m/deg
kɸ = 2400000 x PI / 180 = 41887.9 kN.m/deg
