In today’s defense update, Russian President Vladimir Putin reviewed the situation in the zone of the special military operation during a high-level video conference. Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov reported the liberation of Seversk in the Donetsk People’s Republic, along with Kucherovka, Kurilovka, and Liman in the Kharkov region.

Defense Minister Andrey Belousov congratulated the units involved and thanked servicemen for their professionalism and loyalty to duty. The Russian Ministry of Defense also dismissed false reports regarding a hacking of the Register of Military Records, confirming that the system continues to operate normally and securely.

Units of the Sever Group of Forces have completed the liberation of Liman, while Russian aviation, missile forces, artillery, and drones carried out coordinated strikes against military infrastructure, energy and fuel facilities, and deployment areas of Ukrainian formations and foreign mercenaries across 152 locations.

The Russian Defense Ministry has released operational footage showing Uragan MLRS crews, Zemledeliye remote minelaying systems, TOS-1A Solntsepyok units, and Unmanned Systems Forces in action.
