Neobjevený pracovní potenciál seniorů | Dana Steinová | TEDxPragueED

Dejme seniorům šanci využít jejich potenciál! V budoucnu se nejspíš stane, že v některých odvětvích nebude dostatek pracovních sil. Dana Steinová z tohoto důvodu otevírá otázku aktivizace seniorů. Tvrdí, že senioři mohou být společnosti užiteční více, než si myslíme a apeluje tím na důstojnější využití seniorského potenciálu. Dana Steinová graduated from the University of Economics, founded the Czech Society for Memory Training and Brain Jogging, where she serves as chairwoman. She focuses mainly on the elderly. For 40 years, she has been creating activation and educational programs for seniors and memory training and runs a large non-governmental Centre for Lifelong Learning with a strong social orientation. She initiated the first University of the Third Age in Prague, chairs the Regional Council of Seniors of the City of Prague and is the Secretary General of EURAG (European Federation of Older Persons).

Her great motivation is to see how much her work is changing the quality of life of seniors, the group Dana focuses on. Even after 40 years she has not lost her passion and enthusiasm for the cause.
