In this video we continue our search for a new beach home away from Bangkok, this time viewing two beautiful condos in the peaceful city of Rayong, Thailand.

Both of these condos cost around $250 (฿9.000) per month and are both appealing in the different ways.

The first, Escent 1 Condo, a newer high rise building, offers a much smaller living space but incredible facilities including a stunning rooftop pool overlooking the beach and the horizon.

The second, The Ultimate Seasons Park Condominium, whilst slightly older and less equipped offers a much bigger living space at 67sqm, more than twice the size of the first room for the exact same price.
