Visit Pink Sand Beach

As a beach lover in the Philippines, I am impressed with the mixed creamy-pink and white sand beach in Sta Cruz Island, Zamboanga City. The island is known for its coralline sand beaches and recognized by the National Geographic in 2017 as one of the 21 Beautiful Beaches in the world.

I appreciate the safety protocol given to travelers prior going to the island, orientation on proper waste management and advocacy in the preservation on the island’s ecosystem.

Boarding point is at Paseo Del Mar and 15 minutes travel through motorized pump boat. Activities can include swimming, sunbathing, lagoon tour and sand bar.
