In this video we will study fundamental rights in the Indian constitution for Indian Citizens. Fundamental Rights are found in Part 3 of the Indian Constitution and are very important for different exams. Part 3 of the Indian Constitution starts from Article 12 and ends at Article 35 but fundamental rights are from article 14 to 32. We will study about the different Articles in detail in this video. Fundamental rights are justiciable in court of law and hence if you are denied fundamental rights you can move to the courts of law including High court and Supreme Courts.
