Loveland Castle, is a unique medieval-style castle located in Loveland, Ohio, along the banks of the Little Miami River.

Built by: Harry D. Andrews, a World War I veteran, started constructing the castle in the 1920s.

Harry Andrews built the castle by hand, using stones from the Little Miami River and bricks made from cement and milk cartons. He continued working on it for over 50 years until his death in 1981.

Purpose: The castle was originally intended as a home for his Boy Scout troop, the Knights of the Golden Trail (KOGT), which Harry Andrews founded. The Knights of the Golden Trail are still active today and maintain the castle

Tourism: Loveland Castle is open to the public for tours, events, and even overnight stays. It is a popular destination for school trips, history enthusiasts, and those interested in medieval architecture.
