In this tutorial, we will show you how to set up Displays2go's LED digital counter, from unboxing to content management.

The first step is removing these display units from the included storage cases (0:05):
Step 1: Using the orange straps located in the storage cases, slide one underneath the unit. Make sure both ends are visible on each side.
Step 2: With the help of a partner grab each end of the straps by sliding your forearms through the slots at the top of each strap.
Step 3: Place your palms on the top of the counter.
Step 4: When both people are ready, gently lift the unit up and out of the case.

Once the LED counter is out of the case it is time to turn it on (0:35).
Step 1: Connect the unit to a power outlet
Step 2: Flip the red switch, ensuring the line is in the downward position

Now let's connect your computer to the unit. This can be done with either Wi-Fi or a Cat5 Ethernet cable.
Connecting with Wi-Fi (0:48):
Step 1: Open the wireless network connection on your PC & connect it to the units Wi-Fi
Step 2: Enter the ID & password located on the inside of the units access door
Step 3: Once complete, download the ViPlex software on NovaStar's official website.
Step 4: Open the ViPlex software & find the unit on the list then click connect
Step 5: Type in the username & password then click ok to manage the settings
Step 6: From there you will create a personalized playlist by navigating to the new button & selecting new
Step 7: Name the new playlist by clicking solution name
Step 8: Enter the file size under resolution width & height to ensure it is the correct size, then click ok & you will have access to edit your playlist
Step 9: Based on the quantity of content you can go to the publish interface & tick the new playlist entered in the last step
Step 10: Click publish to play your playlist

Once you have created & uploaded all of your content using the ViPlex express software, you are now able to manage your playlist on the ViPlex mobile app. The app can be downloaded right onto your smartphone so it can easily be managed anytime & from anywhere.
