[3] Saigo has a quirk where he uses 訊く instead of 聞く - these are both "kiku" and generally interchangeable in these contexts, but you don't usually see people use 訊く. This might just be the writer and not Saigo specifically, but wanted to point it out!
[4] this more literally is just "satisfy you" but in EN that... usually has a target, so I'm extrapolating here.
[5] JP idiom - lit. 10 people 10 colors. Same idea though!
[6] Shion uses 友人 and not 友達 for friend here; it's a bit more formal
[7] more literally "don't hate it", but that tends to be a little harsher in EN than Haruma is actually intending here
[8] "inhuman" here more literally being "with no blood running" but this is a usual phrase in JP
