[Werbung] Ein Löffel Trileçe, ein Schluck Kaffee aus der @Graef_Coffeeworld Batessa: Den Geschmack kann man sich nicht vorstellen 🧡🤎 Heute haben wir Karamell-Trileçe so nah wie möglich am Original zuhause zubereitet, eines meiner Lieblingsdesserts 😍 Dazu gab es mit frisch gemahlenen Kaffeebohnen aus der GRAEF CM1012 einen leckeren Cappuccino aus der GRAEF Batessa Espressomaschine ☕️ Dafür muss man nicht ins Café gehen, das Café ist schon zu Hause 😋 @Graef_Global 😋

Für den Teig:
5 Eier
1 Glas Zucker
1,5 Gläser Mehl
1 Packung Backpulver
1 Packung Vanille

Für die Sauce:
500 ml Kuhmilch
500 ml Ziegenmilch
200 ml Schlagsahne
2 EL Zucker

Für den Karamell:
1 Glas Zucker
1/2 Glas Wasser
1 TL Speisestärke
50 g Butter

Für die Creme:
1 Päckchen Schlagcreme (krem şanti)
200 ml Milch

For the batter:

1.5 glasses of flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla

For the sauce:
500 ml cow's milk
500 ml goat's milk
200 ml whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar

For the caramel:
1 glass of sugar
1/2 glass of water
1 tsp cornstarch
50 g butter

For the cream:
1 packet of whipped cream (krem şanti)
200 ml milk

Bir kaşık trileçe, bir yudum kahve: Damaktaki tadını hayal edebiliyormusunuz 🧡🤎 Biz bugün evde elimizden geldiğince orijinaline yakın, benim en sevdiğim karamelli trileçe yaptık 😍 Yanına da GRAEF Batessa Espresso Makinesi'nde yaptığımız Cappuccino ile servis ettik ☕️ Bunun için Cafe'ye gitmeye gerek yok, Cafe zaten evinizde 😋

Hamuru için:
5 yumurta
1 bardak şeker
1.5 bardak un
1 paket kabartma tozu
1 paket vanilya

Sosu için:
500 ml inek sütü
500 ml keçi sütü
200 ml sıvı krema
2 kaşık şeker

Karamel için:
1 bardak şeker
1/2 bardak su
1 tatlı kaşığı nişasta
50 g tere yağı

Kreması için
1 paket krem şanti
200 ml süt
