To record full screen with camera on PS5, you can use the Share Factory Studios app. Here are the steps:

Start a new project and choose a theme and a clip for the timeline.
Add track 2 and press triangle to adjust the camera settings, such as pan and zoom, camera tuning, and backdrop.

Press x and choose record video to start recording with the camera full screen.

Stop recording and save the commentary as a new clip.
Add the clip to track 1 and delete the overlay on track 2.
