What causes hair loss?:

1. Hair thinning—The thyroid gland can cause thinning of the hair 
Causes of a thyroid problem:
• Liver problem
• Lack of bile 
• Estrogen spike

2. Receding hairline—An androgen problem 
Causes of an androgen problem
• High levels of insulin
• High levels of cortisol 
• IGF

3. Patches (alopecia)—An autoimmune problem
Cause of this autoimmune problem:
• Overactive adrenal from a stress event
