Setting up a Pack and Play may make you a little postal, but let me assure you that it's like riding a bike: a little tough to learn, but once you know how you can operate pretty much any Pack and Play in town.

Here is the 2-second tutorial: the carrying case is the mattress. Open it up, set the wheels down, lock the side rails, push the bottom flat, and lay the mattress down inside.
