Methods of how to make Chocolate puli pitha:
1. At first take a bowl and add 1 cup Sooji, 1 cup Maida, 1/2 tsp Salt. Mix well and add Lukewarm Water to make a dough.
2. I used 1/2 cup Lukewarm Water to make this dough.
3. Cover and let it rest for 20-30 min.
4. For stuffing Fine Chop 100 Dark Compound.
5. Heat up a pan and add 1 cup Boiled Milk.
6. When the oil heats up add the Chopped Dark Compound. Cook on medium flame till the chocolate melts.
7. After 3-4 mins the chocolate completely melted.
8. Add 1 medium size Grated Coconut.Cook on high flame till the milk dries out while stirring continuously.
9. After 4-5 mins turn off your oven and let it cool down.
10. After it cools down cut out lechis from the dough
11. Roll it out very thin with Dry Maida.
12. Add stuffing in the middle and spread on 2 sides.
13. Rub water around it with finger.
14. Fold and seal all the sides properly.
15. Carefully fold to seal both the sides.
16. Now take a wheat strainer and brush oil in it.
17. Start boiling water in a kadai.
18. When the water starts boiling plate the wheat strainer on top
19. Cover with a lid and close the hole.
20. Steam for 10 mins on medium flame
21. After 10 mins put them on a plate and serve.
