This video is in response to young orthopedic surgeons who wanted a detailed descriptive video for Preparation of ACL Graft. In This Particular case we are utilising a semitendinosis tendon as an ACL graft. Usually i use a quadruple graft for ACL reconstruction. A Single tendon is usually sufficient in most cases.
