Understanding different Royal Icing Consistencies is the most difficult AND most important part of learning to decorate sugar cookies!
In this tutorial, I will be making and demonstrating 5 different Royal Icing Consistencies in a very simple and easy way to follow! I will also be sharing every tip and trick I could possibly think of throughout this video to help you get more comfortable with making and identifying the right Royal Icing Consistency FOR YOU!!!
I will show how I use each Consistency to Outline and Flood a Sugar Cookie and I will also show how I use each consistency on a practice sheet to determine which consistency I would use for each job!
