The video above shows a worker wrapping steel wire around a core. Small steel wires (usually high-carbon steel or stainless steel) are arranged evenly and held by a flat metal clamp. The worker uses a rotating shaft as a mold. One end of the steel wire strip is welded or fixed to the shaft. As the shaft rotates, the steel strip is bent into a circle. You can see the worker continuously hammering the metal band. This is to tightly press the ends of the steel wires into the grooves of the iron core, ensuring the wires don't fly out when the brush rotates at extremely high speed. After enough turns are wrapped, the iron band is welded shut to form a complete round brush.

This type of round wire brush is an indispensable accessory in heavy machinery and construction, often fitted to angle grinders or bench grinders.
