I recently experienced a breakup, and the things I talk about in this video are the same things God is teaching me and walking me through right now. This is healing in real-time. Not perfect. In this video, I’m sharing the practical and faith-filled steps that are helping me heal instead of just distracting myself. We talk about setting emotional boundaries, breaking unhealthy attachment cycles, doing the deeper heart work, and letting God walk with us THROUGH the process — not AROUND it.

You’re allowed to admit this hurts, and you don’t have to rush your healing. Feeling deeply doesn’t make you dramatic, and hurting doesn’t make you weak — it just means your heart needs gentle care, truth, and time with God to become whole again.

I hope this feels less like a lecture and more like sitting down with a big sister who’s right there with you, choosing healing with God one day at a time. You are not alone in this, and no matter how it feels right now… you WILL get through this. 🤍
