Water Crisis of Punjab 2020 | ਡੁੱਬਦਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ

Punjab is struggling because of exploitation of its natural resources. Studies suggest, Punjab will run out of water by 2050. There are many reasons for this situation and the main reason is the paddy cultivation.

In this video I explain how Green Revolution lead to the water crisis and eventually the problem of stubble burning in Punjab. I also talk about the solutions. How you can play your part in saving Punjab from this crisis through water conservation. Save water, save life, save Punjab bcz Jal hi Jeewan hai.

I came to know all of these facts when I was working with Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kapurthala during their Jal Shakti Abhiyan.
