Anundoram Borooah Laptop Award Scheme 2019
Anundoram Borooah was the first civil servant from Assam. On his name an award was introduced in 2005 as Anundoram Borooah Award Scheme with the sole aim of enhancing healthy competition amongst the student community and to help them to enrich their perception through up-to-date knowledge and information with the help of IT education. In this scheme the government of Assam is providing laptops to the students of class 10 whose result is very well. From 2017 it was revised to 75%, but before that there was 60% to be obtained by a student in HSLC and AHM Examination which was conducted by SEBA to eligible for this award. Every year Secondary Education Board of Assam, in short SEBA conducts High School Leaving Certificate and Assam High Madrassa Examination for students who are reading in class 10 and also this award is presented to those students whose performance is very good in this examination.

In the HSLC Laptop Distribution 2020 scheme, only those students are eligible who have passed the High School Leaving Certificate examination under SEBA. We have noticed that, for the last two years, the process is becoming much easier. Because the Assam Government has started an online process to apply for the scheme of Anandaram Borooah Award for the qualified students. The official link regarding laptop distribution is not updated by ARBAS now.

We will update all the details for the Anundoram Borooah Award 2020 Laptop Details, including eligibility criteria and application process according to the official notification. Though govt has not published any notification this year, we are discussing the fact according to the previous years.
