Easy Beans and Corn Salad
1can (12 oz./300 ml)corn, drained
1 can (540 ml/19 oz) beans rinsed
1/2 small red onion
1/2 red bell pepper
200 gr tomatoes
2 table spoons chopped parsley or any other herbs you love
1 big avocado( optional, I did not use )
Healthy Salad dressing
2 table spoons balsamic vinegar
2 table spoons lime juice (can use lemon)
1 table spoon honey
6 table spoons olive oil
1-2 garlic cloves
3/4 tea spoons cumin
salt (3/4 tea spoon aprox)
1 small hot pepper or 1/2 tea spoons red pepper flakes
