Conservative peer and former Chancellor criticises Michael Gove over house building

Lord Philip Hammond, who was chancellor under Theresa May, criticises Michael Gove over the Conservative Party's housebuilding policy while in government.

When asked about Labour's housing reforms, Lord Hammond says there are a lot of Conservative supporters who are, "opposed to development in their own backyards."
