As often happens lately, when creating the 3D model on the computer for presenting a personalized jewel to the client and giving them the possibility to decide if they like it before producing it physically, I take advantage of the computer designs to laser-cut the necessary pieces. All the steps that you will find in the video can also be achieved using a fret saw and without the use of laser soldering for spot-welding the various pieces. Nonetheless, the finished jewel retains all the characteristics of the metal, akin to work done entirely by hand.
