The Pimento De Padron pepper is by far the #1 pepper we use in the kitchen. Hands down.. We use this pepper more than any other type. We have more or less replaced jalapeno's with this pepper and it is used once a week at minimum! If we don't use them while they are fresh, we roast them as we did in this video, vacuum seal them, freeze them, and use them at a later time. I will be growing at least double the amount of these next season!
