Part 1 ; Demo with Rien van der Schaft doing Art2ride work in hand towards relaxation. Oct-2021

On the 16th of october 2021 I did a demo with Rien van der Schaft. He is knows for his part in DressagePro. He is the former coach of the Dutch Olympic dressage team and the current trainer of the Finnish Olympic dressage team.

It was a lot of fun because I offered to be the demo rider so he could explain a few things about riding horses correctly and he had never seen me ride!

So in this video I am taking you through the first part of the demo. He just let's me do my thing and for me that's starting up with some work in hand to activate the back and to get her to focus on me.

I am doing this with my young Friesian mare Reaven who was just 1,5 months under saddle here. (and worked from the ground for a bit less than a year)
