This is a story of how a guy from Wisconsin threw away his fishing poles in favor of the Cast Net.
I thought I had the best fishing equipment on the market to catch fish, but I was totally wrong! After living in a fishing village in Brazil, where a giant river meets the ocean, I had to learn a new fishing style to catch the fish. This was not natural to me, (being from up north, Almost to Canada), but through pure grit & determination, I started to succeed. The locals all supported me through the process of learning to throw the little 6' net and eventually the 12' net. I couldn't thank the locals enough, Its my favorite place on earth!
I present pictures and videos of my struggle to fish like the locals & eventually got to a place where I no longer was interested in throwing a lure. I only want to throw nets & catch fish the old traditional way!
