This documentary is a manifestation of deep historical roots of the Hmar tribes and their cultural heritages in present day Pherzawl district documented in a visual form. The documentary is a work of Hmar Arts and Cultural Society in association with RWUS and Cultural Heritage Protection Committee from different villages and dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich heritage of the Hmar community.

1. PATPUIHMUN VILLAGE
i) Lalruong Lungkâp: Lalruong's Shooting Rock. This Lalruong's shooting rock located between Patpuihmun and Phûlpui village. According to Hmar's legend, Lalruong was one of Hmar folk heroes, an undisputed magician, and some of his other exploits like his stone pillars, his hidden water, footprints of his big mithuns, his rock windshield, grave, etc., can still be seen at Vangai ranges and Ruonglevaisuo till today.

2. NGAMPABUNG VILLAGE
i) Paruol pasarihai Lungtâtna: Seven brothers' Whetstone:
This is the whetstone located within Ngampabung's forest, on which the well-known seven brothers used to sharpen their weapons, spear and dao before they went for hunting and adventurous missions. In Hmar's life, whetstone was indispensable.

3. PHULPUI VILLAGE
i) Sikpui Lung at Râlvêngbûk: This Sikpuilung at Râlvêngbûk near Phûlpui village was erected for the drummer and the chanter of Sikpui song to sit when Sikpui Festival was celebrated by the Râlvêngbûk villagers during Chief Thlurolien Amo's reign in 1904.
ii) Kûtpui Lungphun: This stone post is called Kûtpui Stone post. It was erected along with the Sikpuilung nearby on 1904.

4. SARTUINEK VILLAGE
i) Sârtuinêk: This is the pond of the spirit who died of unnatural death. Hmars in pre-Christian era believed that all the spirits of those who died unnatural death passed through this pond and drank the water in it. Therefore, the village nearby is still called Sârtuinêk village.
ii) Hringtuinêk: This is the pond of the spirit who died of natural death. Hmars in pre-Christian era believed that all the spirits of those who died of natural death passed through this pond and drank the water in it. Therefore, the pond is called Hringtuinêk.
