I've been wanting to share something really close to my heart with all of you, and I think now is the perfect time to do it. I truly believe that being genuine and open is the key to building a powerful community, and that's what I want for all us here at BeyondFOMO.

We all face tough times in life, and I don't want to turn this into a “comparison”, but I do want to share my own recent journey. The last few months have been quite the rollercoaster for me, teaching me so much about myself and life. Most importantly, I've realized that time is not money — it is our very lives.

We can always make more money but never get back our time… Imagine dedicating over 4 years of your life to a company (working days, nights and weekends) thinking you’d become a partner to then suddenly lose your job (due to the textbook definition of extortion). Yes, I was fired because I refused to do things against who I am as a person.

Then of course expenses don’t just stop. I was forced to scramble and reconnect with prior clients to cover expenses and minimum credit card payments. As I tried my best to gather myself mentally and financially, perhaps the biggest and most beautiful news of my life hit me… A baby girl is on her way!

So yeah its has been a whirlwind, to say the least. But what REALLY gets under my skin is that while I've been pushing off BeyondFOMO, I was unknowingly helping someone else achieve their goals, not mine. If I could, I'd give back all the money I made just to reclaim those 4 years and purely focus on BeyondFOMO instead. Every second matters. We don’t get anymore.

Now I'm all in on BeyondFOMO, and nothing will stand in my way of making it a success for all of us.
