"STICK-PACK"
COMPLETE LINE YEAR 2009
The function of this line is:
· Packaging envelopes formed with a laminated film of
paper + aluminum + polythene or polyester +
aluminum + heat-sealable polythene.
· Print variable data on each single envelope.
· Verify, by visual detection, the
correctness of variable data.
· Dosing inside the bags with variable data only
correct, pharmaceutical powders or granulates, in dose
predetermined.
Check the weight of the envelopes thus produced,
by means of an electronic scale.
· Discard envelopes whose weight does not match
the one required.
· Count the envelopes deemed to be of correct weight and stack them
in the cartoning machine.
· Put the envelopes in pre-glued boxes.
· Enter inside the boxes, together with the
envelopes, a prospectus containing information for use
of the product.
· Close the boxes with hot glue.
· Discard any cases without prospectus
information or with barcode of the box and / or the
prospectus different from the one planned.
· Weigh the packaged cartons correctly.
· Mark variable data on the boxes.
· Check the marking of variable data.
· Discard out-of-weight or anomalous cartons
concerning variable data.
· Apply a pharmaceutical label (stamp).
· Check the correct application of the label.
· Discard the cartons with non-compliant label.
Processing takes place with the aid of a control
programmable logic.

The line is composed as follows:
1. Bagging machine for tubular bags mod. Alfa G 20C.
2. Pick & place group for counting and transfer
R80 / V envelopes.
3. Horizontal cartoning machine for pre-glued cartons
Delta 120.
4. Fold Saturn elevations.
5. Weight control of cartons.
6. Herma labeller.
7. Output of good boxes.
