Morcos Machinery, Model RM1000, stainless steel, double ribbon mixer with pounds of product per hour - depending on materials and application. 304L stainless steel construction. Has Maximum bowl capacity of 1000 Litres, (35.31 ft³) with minimum mixing capacity of 441 litres (14.51 ft³) and maximum mixing capacity of 833 litres (29.41 ft³). Mixing chamber dimensions: 70" in Length; 34" in Width; 33" in Depth. Equipped with flip up / clamp down cover, with micro-switch safety switch and safety grate with seals for powdered products and 8" OD top product port. (2) levels of spirals, (1) internal anticlockwise and (1) external clockwise has 2" wide x (1/8)" thick (outer) and 2" wide x (1/8)" thick (inner) stainless steel ribbons (2) levels spirals, (1) internal anticlockwise and (1) external clockwise spiral powered by 7.3 Hp motor drive. 10 OD center bottom pneumatic discharge gate with 24 ground clearance. Control panel has start, stop push button controls. Mounted on (4) leg stainless steel frame.
Granule product with crystal size ranging from 450 microns (17.71 mil.) till 650 microns (25.59 mil.).
