2nd step:
Butter 1.8 kg (4lbs)
sugar 2kg(5lbs)
egg yolk 50
egg white 25
Semolina 2 kg

baking temperature 150c(300 f) 1.5 hours
160c (325f) 1 hour
(baking time varies from oven to oven)
step 3:
Marzipan icing(Almond icing)
Cahewnut powder 500g
Almond powder 500g
Icing sugar 2kg
Almond essence 2 tsp
Brandy 2tbsp
egg white 6-8
glycerin 2tsp
strawberry jam 1bottle (900g)
