For the spiced capsicum:

1.5 Capsicum cut in long slices
⁠1 Onion Chopped in long slices
⁠1 TSP Crushed Kasuri Methi
⁠1 TBSP Fresh Coriander leaves
⁠1/2 TBSP Red Chilli Powder

For the Sabzi:

1 TBSP Oil
⁠1 TSP Jeera
⁠1 TSP Sesame Seeds
⁠5-6 Curry Leaves
⁠4-5 Crushed Garlic Cloves
⁠Spiced Capsicum
⁠Salt to taste
⁠A pinch turmeric
⁠1 TSP Garam Masala
⁠1 TSP Red Chilli Powder
⁠10-12 Roasted Peanuts
⁠4-5 TBSP Whisked Curd
