This video shows how the SD Card HxC floppy emulator can successfully replace the floppy drives in the E-Mu Emulator-I and Emulator-II samplers.
In this video the SD Card contains two folders, one for the Emulator-I and one for the Emulator-II.
Each folder contains a few HFE floppy images which haven been generated with the HxC software on a PC.
The input for this generation are:
for Emulator-I: images from Emulator-I floppy disks, created with the KryoFlux floppy controller
for Emulator-II: SoundDesigner for Emulator-II bank files - but also images created with KryoFlux can be used
Currently the HxC devices only support READ operations (loading banks) on the E-Mu Emulator-I and Emulator-II.

Important SD HxC settings:
for Emulator-I:
HxC software: HFE file interface mode = Emu Shugart
HxC hardware: jumper ID3, Drive A set; use non-twisted standard floppy drive ribbon cable
for Emulator-II:
HxC software: HFE file interface mode = Emu Shugart
HxC hardware: jumper ID0, Drive A set; use non-twisted standard floppy drive ribbon cable
