These values and qualities that guide and shape your decisions both in your life and in your business. Now when you present your core values and your aligned beliefs to your customers it let's them know who you really are and allow them to trust you.
People buy people as the old saying goes. They resonate with some more than with others and critically your brand gives them all the important information they need to get who you are. To have a powerful, and by that I mean, real personal brand, its critical to get in touch with your core values and what truly drives you to understand your unique attributes, your strengths, skills, passions and the unique story that separates you from all others.
Now here is a tip for you everything you do is branding. This is pretty important. A lot of people make the mistake of thinking that the branding is a billboard on the high way, it's an ad in the magazine, it's your logo, but everything you do, big or small is branding.
This means every interaction with your clients, every interaction you have in your business affects your brand. You might not realize this but you have already got a personal brand that people identify with you. Your friends, your clients , your competitors, the women down the hall even have perception of who you are and who your company is.
So start by becoming aware of your brand and what you stand for because what you say, the way you dress, the colors of your business etc all have a branding affect on you in one way or another. You need to make sure you are in control of your brand.
