Training Curriculum
Prior to deployment, candidates will receive expert-led training in:
• ITSM Frameworks: Incident Management & Change Management.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Azure Administration and Cloud Support.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Hardware, Software, and Network diagnostics.
• Enterprise Standards: Working within a global IT service desk environment.
Role & Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage IT incidents through the complete lifecycle.
• Execute change requests following organizational protocols.
• Manage Azure-based cloud environments and user permissions.
• Provide high-quality technical support to global clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
• A "global mindset" with the willingness to relocate to Dubai.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for troubleshooting.
