Alpha & 21 are harmonized C: Only one weapon resonance on Alpha. Weather - Vera: Flare
Flare is also max leap, but I am not exactly sure how it works since I haven't tried it properly yet xd
That did cause me to make a mistake on wave 8 :/ Also mistakenly cancelled 21's core animation on wave 14 xd
Hope this helps to show you 21 is still a very worth character even without much investment.
