Black forest cake is one the mist popular cake recipes. A simple chocolate cake is thickly sandwiched and covered with the whipping cream frosting and then decorated with cherries and chocolate shavings. Here am making this black forest cake without oven. Yes, you can make cakes even without oven. Stove top baking includes baking cake in pressure cooker, steamer etc. But am baking this cake in a non stick pan only. Perfectly cooked and moist chocolate cake ever. As Christmas is around the corner , you all will be eagerly waiting for Christmas cakes . For Christmas plum cakes are commonly prepared. Many have confusions regarding the melting of whipped cream. So I prefer using Rich whipping cream which is available in Kerala and Uae and Mactop ( available in UAE only). Both these creams are perfect for decoration of frosting your cakes. This cream won't melt so easily. So hope you all give this perfect black forest cake a try.
