🍕 Homemade Pizza Crust (No-Spray Pan!)

Make the perfect fluffy, golden pizza crust from scratch — simple ingredients, cozy vibes, and endless topping options!

Ingredients:
• 2 tsp dry active yeast
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 ⅓ cup warm water (let sit 10 minutes until frothy)

For the dough:
• 3 cups flour
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp Celtic salt

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. Set aside for about 10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
2. In your mixer bowl, whisk together the flour, olive oil, and Celtic salt.
3. Add the yeast mixture. Stir until it starts to come together, then knead for about 10 minutes.
4. Form into a ball and place in an oiled metal bowl (metal conducts heat well). Let rise for 90 minutes — you can set the bowl on a heating pad to help it double in size.
5. Punch down and cut in half.

Makes 2 pizza crusts, 4 cheesy breads, or even pretzels — you can freeze and thaw the dough when needed!

Bake at 450°F for 15–20 minutes.
