Violins making process:
I directly choose the woods, I don't consider the second quality.The spruce is italian and the flamed maple and ebony are imported.
Violins are entirely constructed by hand, according to the rules of construction that led to excel the italian's luthiers.
I don't use semi-finished parts, only the raw material.
The oleo-resin varnishes are given by brushes. The instrument is left to dry slowly - for three months - to prevent the paint from being easily damaged in the first days of playing. The setup will be performed with professional gut string (Thomastik Dominant) and rigid suitcase. Delivered with certificate of quality assurance, certification of wood and of the measures used.
We use Stradivari's method.
Our handcrafted creations could be sold with workin progress' photos on-board, only on request.
