It really seems like Nik Stauskas' NBA career should have worked out better than it did. He's like a more versatile Duncan Robinson, and look at how everybody is fawning over that guy. I chalk Stauskas' disappointing career up to the fact that he was drafted by the Kings, the team that is notorious for ruining the development of every player they pick in the draft.

Regardless of where he's playing now (I've lost track...maybe France?), Backyard Unstoppable Nik Stauskas (BUNS) will forever remain my favorite mythological NBA alter-ego. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll go watch that video of him shooting three-pointers in the rain while I wait for the NBA to say "haha we were joking we're gonna play games again".

We traded Stauskas? Good!” he yells as he takes another swig from his flask, and makes sure the batteries he will use to pelt Eagles players with are still in his pocket. “Okafor and Stauskas both sucked! They weren’t misused or marginalized at all!” He stumbles, and falls face first into a pile of yellow snow. “Philly cheesesteaks are a unique cultural representation of my city and not just meat and cheese on bread, something any bumbling drunkard could come up with in any city of the United States!”
