Meshuggah – The Abysmal Eye | FULL Bass Cover with Tab

Bass cover of the new 2022 Meshuggah single, The Abysmal Eye. This release is the first single from the album Immutable, out April 1st via Atomic Fire Records.

This one took me a while. I'm not used to playing really fast tremolo picking on bass and all the bends took their toll on my fingers. The bends do add a ton of the motion to the song and the fast parts have a groove to them that's a bit elusive but it's there. Another Meshuggah puzzle that just feels right when you eventually solve it.
